It could, if you’re not lactose intolerant or arthritic. But I’d recommend organic yogurt without sugar or synthetic sweetners, additives or preservatives. Look for a brand with the least amount of ingredients on the label to be safe. =)

I made this smoothie today…the taste is great but I dont like eating the spinach pieces….do you have any suggestions? i added ice and it was a little better but i really want to get rid of the tiny spinach bits

@newlifetoday Hey! Thats great to hear you made it! Something you may want to try to avoid getting spinache pieces, mix up the order of the way you put them in the blender.. so start with almond milk & spinache & blend to a puree so the spinache is nice a separated. Then add the other ingredients. 🙂

If im not vegan can i use normal milk or does almond milk make it right? plz answer

  11. #11 by naturesknockout at April 21st, 2010

@izzybizzyliz We actually are lactose intolerant & have come across a lot of people with the same issue, so for us we just use the Almond milk & havent tried it with regular milk, we love it the way it is. But you could always give it a try if you want…
