Hemp and the Rule of Law

Excerpt from the 55 minute documentary, “Hemp and the Rule of Law” chronicles the movement to legalize the growing of hemp for American farmers. Hemp is the non-narcotic relative of marijuana, once grown on American farms. Today, it is under the control of the Drug Enforcement Administration, who call it marijuana. The US is the only industrialized nation to outlaw the crop.

“we see it as a slippery slope headed to the worst possible conclusion.” for him that would be the profit margin from not needing it to produce ethanol.

Fucking god damn tragedy, it is.

We need to wake the world up.

This is the fucking poster child for a “green” revolution – hemp.

  11. #11 by defsownds at March 26th, 2009

Obviously there’s already too many stupid people in the world.

Hemp and pot ARE NOT THE SAME THING.

Besides that, look at Holland. Just because recreational cannabis is tolerated DOES NOT MEAN MORE PEOPLE DO IT. In fact it’s the exact opposite.

  12. #12 by SniperZaku at April 3rd, 2009

doesnt shit like this make anybody ANGRY!!?! we are the PEOPLE and we need to be angry or we will all becomes slaves to the rich & greedy’s secret agendas!!!

People need to start saving the seeds from ditch hemp because the quality of fiber from US hemp can’t be matched by any other country’s sources. The US could corner the market for the best quality hemp if its politicians would stop taking bribes from the pharmaceutical, cotton, petroleum and paper industries.

It is ridiculous to make nature illegal. The DEA is engaged in putting people in jail for interacting with a plant.

Hemp can help us save ourselves, but we must use it now.

Tell President Obama and other world leaders to end hemp prohibition now.

  15. #15 by dobos420 at June 3rd, 2009

We must ALL.. at This time Demand that Marijuana in ALL it’s forms be Legalized. ENOUGH! of this non-sence. write or call you State Gov., Congressmen, Senitor, then the White House.

the DEA and common sense, is like oil and water..they don’t go together.

  17. #17 by AWorldThatNeverWas at July 16th, 2009

Not only is it absurd that they make Hemp illegal, it is absurd they make marijuana illegal when cigarettes are legal. What the fuck?..

The Industrial Hemp Act 1866 is in the Subcommittee of Crime terrorism and homeland security right now chaired by Bobby Scott. Call Bobby Scott and tell him to support it, (202) 225-8351. Law enformement doesn’t have the power to stop hemp.

We need to start looking at the reasons this is illegal. l blame the special interests groups in Washington that have all the money backing them. Big oil and big pharmacutical companies simply cannot compete with hemp.

its a real sham that such a beautiful plant can be outlawed because of government/business/petroleum interests, good googol ifs its not a big deal than let us grow it and get “effin” baked from HEMP hahaha I don’t want a HEMP high, the headache would be murder….no thank you. I tell you I think the only way this plant would be legalized in America is if the Big Agribusiness Corporations could patent their own GMO strains…cause HELLO you can’t patent creation..ahh greedy man that’s sad..= (

  23. #23 by u2blob at February 11th, 2010

don’t be thugish, your the criminals *DEA* for allowing innocent people to die through black market Marijuana strains/markets…ughh poor Mexico/US southern border states…mmm mmmm

  24. #24 by u2blob at February 11th, 2010

I swear, the only High(s) I get from Cannabis are the limitless properties/utilizations of the plant…hahaha if that gets me baked than arrest me and force me to go through rehab! so serious, come and arrest me if the HIGHS* utilizations and manipulations* of Cannabis make me go baked I dare you!

  25. #25 by 71twimom1918 at February 24th, 2010
