    sorry , 90 volts with 1 amp, gives 90 watts,
    w=IxV=1*90=90 watts,
    how it is marked 60 watts?

    It is 90V open circuit voltage (without load) and 1A short circuit current (output short circuited). But maximal output power is 60W.
